I have tried to get logged in but it won’t take my member number. What is going on here?
When logging in it is important to remember that you must use a lower case letter with no space or dash between the letter(s) and numbers (example - a12345). Also, if you have just changed your membership, as from a year (A- annual) to a 3 year (TY – three year) until we update the system, around the 15th of the month, then you must still use the old prefix.
Don’t forget that you need your PIN (seven digits) as well. This can be located to the right and underneath your name and address on the membership post card, and on top of your name and address on your Front Sight magazine.
We do recommend that once you have logged on to change your PIN to a PIN or even Password that works better for you. To do this you will need to go to the Personal Profile tab the on the lower left side where you will see Password Management , click on edit and get those creative juices flowing.
While you are there we highly recommend that you put in your email address. This way you can use the Retrieve Password if you do happen to forget your PIN/Password.
